A meaningful share of real-world wealth lives outside the brokerage account - in vaults, cellars, safes, and the drawers of trusted family. It is also the part of that wealth most likely to get lost: scattered across spreadsheets, attorney drawers, and memory, with the documentation that proves provenance and value held together by little more than habit.
Brokerage platforms ignore it. Generic SaaS treats it as rows in a table. Estate planning treats it as a line item for the eventual transition, not as a living record that needs to be maintained, valued, and shared with the right people at the right moment.
Storehouses is what we wished existed when we looked for it: a structured, private, durable record of tangible wealth that treats the asset itself as the unit of work.
